Fire Marshal / Fire Warden Training Program
Scope of Training
This course equips designated Fire Marshals (also called Fire Wardens) with the
knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead and coordinate fire safety measures, assist in
evacuations, and act as the key liaison between staff and emergency services.
The scope includes:
- Fire risk awareness and hazard identification
- Fire prevention responsibilities
- Coordinating safe evacuations
- Using firefighting equipment
- Post-incident reporting and drills
- Legal and compliance obligations (OSHA)
Target Audience
This training is designed for appointed Fire Marshals / Wardens, or staff likely to take
fire safety leadership roles in their organization, including:
- Factory safety supervisors, shift managers
- Hospital floor managers, senior nurses
